30-Day Return Policy

We proudly offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused or only minimally used.
  • Be in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and components.

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons if opened or used.

Eligible Reasons for Return

Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

  • Manufacturing defect

We will cover the return shipping cost.

If returning because you changed your mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees (if any) are generally non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow:

  • Inspection: 2–5 business days
  • Refund processing: 5–10 business days

Bank processing times may vary.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrectly shipped

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. You may instead request a return after delivery.
